Returns and warranty

Under the Consumer Rights Protection Law, you can return or exchange a product in proper condition within 10 days of receiving it — unused, not soldered, and in its packaging.

The money goes back to the same card or account within 3 working days after the item reaches us. Shipping for a return is paid by the buyer.

Every part is checked before it ships. If one stops working within 14 days through no fault of yours, we replace it or refund it free of charge, shipping included.

Damage from wrong wiring, over-voltage, short circuits or physical damage isn't covered.

Message us on Telegram with the order number and what's wrong (a photo or video helps) — we reply within one working day with how to send it.
