Public offer

1.1. Under Articles 367–369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, placing an order means full acceptance of this offer.

1.2. The Seller may change these terms; changes take effect when published on the site and don't affect orders already placed.

2.1. Product descriptions, photos and prices are shown on the site. Prices are in Uzbek so‘m.

2.2. An order's price is fixed when the order is placed and doesn't change afterwards.

3.1. The buyer places an order on the site; the Seller confirms it by phone.

3.2. Payment is made by transfer to the Seller's bank card. The payment date is the date the money arrives.

3.3. An order not paid within 3 days of placing it may be cancelled by the Seller.

4.1. Delivery methods, times and prices are on the “Delivery and payment” page. The risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over.

5.1. Return and warranty terms are on the “Returns and warranty” page (10-day returns, 14-day warranty).

6.1. The buyer's data is used only to fulfil the order, as described in the Privacy policy.
